It can reduce the effects of aging due to gravity by supplying oxygen to the brain and stretching spinal discs.

The TruBalance AIR Inversion Table is designed and engineered using heavy duty industrial quality materials making it suitable for both home and health clubs. The table enables you to have total control over the balance, without the use of cumbersome straps. The AIR inversion table also comes with the tough rubber non-skid floor stabilizers which keep the table stable while you invert and the extra-long safety handles which provide an easy return to an upright position. Our newest version now features an extended release handle making it simple to unlock your legs after inverting.
