Directions:
Body temperature can be measured at different areas. This thermometer is focused on the forehead only for the most accurate reading. Do not measure body temperature after exercise or running as it will provide inaccurate results. If you do not have a fever, measure your temperature at least 3 times from the same spot. Please do not measure fever in a high-temperature environment as it may affect the results. Forehead scanner should be placed 0.5" - 2" away from the forehead for readings.
